While Jon was having his first (and unusual) sexual experience, Karyn was at home making a very alarming discovery. Her tests had come back from the doctor and it was official - she had the "fat" disease. There was no visual indication of it yet, but soon she would be ballooning up like all of the other infected ones.

She knew that it was incurable, but maybe she could use the wishing stone to do something about it. She headed over to Jon's house to see if he was home, but discovered that he wasn't. "That's odd. Where could he be?" she muttered to herself. She pulled her cellphone out and gave him a call. But it went straight to voicemail. What exactly was Jon up to?
