"Mayor, is it true that you ignore the no smoking in public buildings rules, and smoke not only in your office, but openly throughout city hall?"

"I'm glad you asked that! Yes! As many of you already know, I'm very oral...giggle... , but my drives keep me from doing the city's business ( and in an aside from doing most of the city counsellors! ), so only by smoking the really long cigarettes can I spend any time actually doing anything for the city!"

"So in the spirit of better government, I'm rescinding all the non-smoking laws at once! Further more the rest of those silly 'Public Decency" laws go out the window at the same time! Who is government to tell us what we can wear and do... we're adults!"
