There are only a few minor changes.) Michelle's wish wasn't granted to her, just like her last one. This was The Random Stone after all, and her wish was instead granted to Steve, who was still getting undressed in Jon's bedroom. Steve looked at Jon with an evil smirk and said "I think I'll have the usual today." Jon was already confused by the situation he found himself in with Steve, but before he had a chance to say anything, he felt his body start to tingle.
