Trolls...

Cassidy looked at her prostrate friend in confusion. "Meg? What does that little troll have to do with this?" she asked. The world seemed to expand about her. "What?" her clothes were all baggy. She held her blue blazer arms up in confusion, the arms hangging limp from her hands. There was something odd about her voice.

"Oh my god! You've turned into a... a... little troll!" Melanie said. "Maybe what ever we say comes true! I wish I was beautiful." Nothing happened.

Cassidy was holding her suddenly too large blazer away from her body looking with growing horror at her green scaly skin. There were warts and long hairs all over her body. Her hair was like a black spiky brush, sticking out everywhere and her once firm breasts looked ancient and withered. Then understanding dawned. "It was that stupid bitch Meg! Roog! Roog! Roog!" Cassidy suddenly barked.

"Cassidy! Oh my god!" Melanie looked at her two friends. One a "stiff", the other a "little troll" and then a "stupid bitch". She started thinking hard. "Hang on! I think I know why this is happening. Every time you say something about... um you know who... it happens to you!" Melanie said. "So if I say something nice about her... like Meg is such a beautiful person, the most beautiful person in the world." And suddenly Melanie was! "Wow this is great. Who would have thought that that doornob could be useful... oh bugger."
