With that Jon dissappeared.

Sarah was startled. That is, until thoughts began to creep into her mind. Thoughts about Jon's mom, Karyn, how sexy Karyn was, baseball, the first time he'd kissed a girl. In fact, all of Jon's thought crept into Sarah's mind, until she began unaware which thoughts belonged to her and which thoughts were Jon. Jon had a similar experience, along with a new body.
