"You know, I've never seen human furniture before," one of the men said. He sat down on the big red couch. "Do you think she is conscious? Or is this just a peice of furniture?"

"I'm not sure... I wish we knew what being human furniture felt like," the man said. It was in the instant that he started to change that he realised his mistake. The others started to change as well. He helt his body soften, his skin stretching and swelling. He was becoming a formless blob. The stone slipped from his hands as he struggled to grasp it. He was becoming a bean bag!

The others also started to change. One become a lamp shade. The other s foor stool. Soon the room was well kitted with furniture.

The next day the cleaning woman came and found the room fully furnished. She saw the rock. She picked it up and looked at it. "I wish I knew where this furniture came from..."
