No one except Mikey was watching the woman as she suddenly dwindled in height. At first, Mikey wasn't sure if she was getting younger or just shrinking. But then, Mikey caught a glimpse of her face. It was definitely a younger version of what it had been seconds before. The woman was so busy glaring at her daughter, she didn't seem to notice what was happening. "No, not like that!" she yelled. "Do it the way I told you to -- what the --?" The woman had finally noticed her voice didn't sound the same. And, at the same time, her pants dropped to the ground. She was too small to hold them up. She looked up and saw her daughter skating up next to her. "Mom?" the girl said in amazement. "Who else do you think it is?" said the little mother, not quite ready to believe what had happened. "Don't stand there with your mouth hanging open. Get back out there and practice!" The girl couldn't do anything but stare until ... Interesting wish..... | |
