Karen the ChildEpisode submitted by Gerri on Fri Jan 14 18:55:52 2005 Return to Parent Episode There was a flash and Karen was gone. I looked around the room and couldn’t find her anywhere. “Where did Karen go?” I asked myself out loud. I then heard a baby crying. I knew I was home alone. Mom wasn’t due home for another hour or so. As the crying didn’t stop, I followed the noise, finding coming from the spare bedroom. Only it wasn’t the spare bedroom anymore. The room had been changed into a nursery. There was a changing table, a toy box, and a crib. The crying was coming from the crib. I moved to the crib and looked at the baby crying within. I had never really felt comfortable around babies and crying babies were the worst. I picked the crying baby and tried to quiet it down. Nothing I did seemed to work. “I wish…..” What is wrong | |
