The stone became very hot and flashed an extremely bright light. For a few seconds, it was like looking at the sun. Then it dissipated. Jon looked at Karyn. And Karyn looked at Jon. "I don't feel any different," she said. "Me neither," Jon said. They got up off the bed and walked to Jon's bedroom mirror. "And we don't look any different either.
