It was her boss, Gary Fiennes. She headed into his office. FLASH Linda blinked, momentarily confused. "Are you all right, Mrs Madison?" Gary Fiennes asked her. She looked up. He seemed so familiar, even though she'd just met him. "Sorry," she apologized. "Where were we?" "Well, my client is making a generous offer. I suggest your client takes it." She started gathering papers into her briefcase "I don't think that is going to happen, Mr. Fiennes. I suppose we'll see each other in court." She headed for the door. "Nice meeting you." She passed by Gary's assistant's desk...and for a moment she thought about sitting down. She dispelled the feeling. She was a lawyer. What would she be doing sitting there?
