Diary of a Centaur in a Human's World

If you, and a few others, suddenly and mysteriously changed, then what would happen? The physical laws do not change. You suddenly aren't hunted by mysterious cloaked strangers or evil space aliens. You just have to change and deal with it in a reflection of our world.

Here is my answer. I don't know if I would want this or not. Writing this has made me play around with the idea and think about it in much more detail than just an idle fantasy.

A FICTIONAL DIARY OF A NEW LIFE
1: I'm Late, I'm Late (2001) (29k)	I wake up in a new body with no clue as to what happened and decide to go to work.
2: Squeezing Through the Workplace (2001) (23k)	My first day at work in my new, economy sized, form.
3: Hello World! (2001) (21k)	I make my presence known to the various news media.
4: Home and to Bed (2001) (22k)	A VERY long first day ends with the usually simple task of going to bed.
5: Taking the Better Way (2001) (42k)	Having taken a couple of days off to get things back to normal, I try and relax and take the TTC downtown.
6: The World on my Hooves (2001) (48k)	Things are going well, medical tests are arranged, and I get new pairs of steel shoes.
7: It All Falls Apart (2001) (53k)	And then everything collapses in prejudice and hatred.
Interludes (3k)	Some outside views of myself as a centaur.
8: The Day Everything Changed (2001) (17k)	I awaken in a hospital and realize that there may be hope after all.
9: Meetings (2001) (27k)	Still healing, I meet various persons and start to organize my future.
10: I'm a Centaur (2001) (30k)	I find out about what can heal, and what can't, and finally come to terms with my new form.

OTHER EXPERIENCES ...
A Single Moment (2001) (8k)	After the main diary during the summer, I get caught in a thunderstorm. More of a visual/sonic/emotional experience than a story.
Under the Moon (January 2007) (5k)	Inspired by an actual event, and, sadly, my feelings of isolation.
