This started in the late 1980s as my reaction to all those roleplaying campaigns set in a feudal/dark ages like world with a polytheistic society exactly like the monotheistic feudal/dark ages Europe and on a planet more or less like earth.

Fantasy doesn't have to be like that.

So, I sat down and started working out my own world.  It is not based on Europe, but more on the world of classical Greece and Rome, but with bits of medieval technology tossed in.  It is a polytheistic society built on the model of the religions in the classical world -- also a polytheistic society.  And, it is NOT set on a planet orbiting a star, etc.  Instead it is set upon an island of reality created by the Gods out of primal chaos.  It is flat, and it does have an edge.

The first thing I wrote was the basic creation mythology.  And, from that, a few related myths.  And then, between roleplaying, and after the campaign more or less folded, stories set in the world.

This is not a complete archive.  Two major stories ("Kor's Journey" and "Pricing Immortality" (aka The Adventures of Illisri) are not here.  The first one was an outline of an novel for which I got the first 6 or so chapters done.  I doubt I'll ever get the rest done.  The second is a novel, or even a pair of novels, that I am going to finish and will try to be published.  Hence I can't post it here.

But everything else is!
